I, the undersigned, agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in the Spring Equinox Artist Fair:

1. Liability Waiver
I release and hold harmless the organizers, venue owners, staff, and affiliates of the Spring Equinox Artist Fair from any and all liability for loss, damage, theft, or injury to myself, my property, or my artwork during the event.

2. Compliance with Rules
I agree to comply with all event rules and guidelines provided by the organizers, including setup and teardown schedules, space assignments, and conduct during the event.

3. Original Work
I confirm that all items for sale are my original work or are produced under my direct supervision. I agree not to sell mass-produced or third-party items.

4. Photography Release
I give permission for the organizers to use the photographs of my artwork that are attached for event promotion.
I give permission for the organizers to photograph my booth and artwork during the event for promotional purposes.

5. Refund Policy
I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

6. Donation
I understand that I am expected to voluntarily donate 20% of my gross sales as a tax-deductible donation to First Parish Church of Stow and Acton. The donation is solely voluntary and on the honor system. The First Parish Church of Stow and Acton will provide a letter documenting your donation.

7. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to copyright infringement or product liability.
